Pros were communication, punctual, easy to talk to about what I needed done, and careful with my possessions. It was easy to add an hour to what I had scheduled. Cons were they didn’t have the best equipment for my situation and ended up using a cart I had borrowed. So I’d recommend being proactive and asking about equipment.

This move was the best so far! The 2 movers were polite, on time, fast, organized, wrapped items to ensure drawers stayed shut and nothing got damaged, made everything fit into the truck neatly and safely, and finished within the time frame I ordered. I would gladly use them again and highly recommend!!

Pacific Pack was super helpful in my solo move. They reached out the day after booking in order to go over some details and set up a time for the move day, which I greatly appreciated after a long distance drive. The two movers who helped me were super communicative and let me know their estimated arrival time day of and were quick throughout the move process. Everyone was very kind and professional and would use again.
