I made a reservation for 4 helpers, the crew that showed up was only three people. While they were able to get the job done, I felt like this was unfair to me as the customer because I paid for four people. When I asked the guy in charge of the crew about why there was only three of them, he was extremely rude and condescending. I would not hire them again. They packed the truck poorly, and when I arrived at my final destination and unpacked my truck I had quite a few items that were broken because of the way the truck was packed.

From the beginning, the owner of the company was very communicative. His responsiveness gave me confidence. I was booking this job from across the country and had a very strict time limit for when I needed the packers to enter the house, so of course, I was anxious about it all being executed without any hiccups. I called to schedule the time after booking through U-HAUL and they answered right away. I booked 2 packers for 8 hours. On the day of the job, they showed up, were very professional, flexible, efficient and fast, but careful. They really did a great job. They were polite and easy to get along with. When they left, everything was ready to be loaded into the UBoxes which is exactly what I needed. They made a stressful situation into a stress free day for me. I highly recommend them If you’re looking for someone dependable and efficient.
