Johnny and his crew, Walt, Anthony and Austin provided excellent service during my recent move. They were on-time and got right to work transporting items from my storage unit to the rental truck and to my new apartment. They were professional and compassionate. Johnny and his crew were great! We had a tough move out of a third floor apartment (no elevator) with lots of heavy boxes of books but they handled it no problem. It was 4 guys total and took only two hours to fill two Uboxes. It took me way longer just to move everything to my living room so I was impressed. They also packed them really well and I was able to bring more than I was expecting.

Johnny went above and beyond to make our move easy and doable. We ran into road blocks and arrived later than expected but Johnny called us and made arrangements to come the following day. The crew was helpful and moved every box exactly where it needed to be. Nothing was damaged and they employed careful consideration with delicate items. Johnny was always available via text and call, everyone was very friendly and worked to make our lives easier. Johnny has great reviews for a reason, and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to move to the Norfolk area.

Mr. Johnny and his crew were extremely professional and friendly. They were very careful with my things and took the time to make sure everything was put in the correct room and position in the room. They also removed all the plastic wrap and furniture pads, folded the pads, and placed them back on the truck for me. I would definitely hire them again!
