The company manager Oscar called to confirm the appointment hours after I booked. He was a little off putting during the call but I accepted anyways. The movers showed up an hour after expected. The movers were nice but a little slow when it came to moving things. I already moved the heavy stuff and most of the house so I needed them to help with the remaining small items. Honestly, I should have saved the money and continued the move myself because I still had a lot of things to move after they left. I needed them to load items and go with me to unpack in my storage. Oscar called me minutes before we left to unload to request the payment number even though he was suppose to receive that after the move. I was skeptical but did it anyways. Big Mistake! I drove the UHaul to the storage, movers were following me but when I got there they were no where to be found. They showed up 15 minutes later when time was limited. Oscar extended my time but still forced me to pay for the extension

Very helpful in booking moving help last minute. However, it would have been good to know that only one helper was available instead of two. It took longer than having two helpers but Gerard did a great job.
