I rented 3 U-Box containers and hired Jim to deliver and load them. The agreement was that if I ended up using only 2 containers, I would get refunded for the delivery and the loading for the third box from them. Jim and his partner delivered 2 containers and loaded my furniture into them. The move itself went great. I did not end up needing the third container. However, I never got refunded from Jim, which would have been around $300. I called and messaged him but never heard back.

Cared enough to sweep the truck when we discovered it hadn’t been cleaned from the last rental. Smart about taking furniture apart (I learned a thing or two watching them) and encouraged me to get blankets to wrap things in. Experts!
