No beef with the crew, company coordination was terrible. The never called me, I had to call them. Showed up 90 minutes late with no U Boxes. In fact, they had no idea where to pick them up. Would not recommend or ever use Philly's Finest Movers again. Very bad experience.

We had an agreed upon time if 8am to 9am drop off for a ubox. Had to call 3 separate times to even get a response from the driver. They didn't even bother to call the storage facility and spent even mpre time there waiting for someone with a forklift permit. They did not arrive until 2pm
