Ken and George were fantastic. Ken showed up early and prepared for the move. Both were efficient and packed the truck nicely. They got the job done sooner than the allotted 2 hours and were eager to offer more help. Communications between the owner and the movers could have been better. Both guys were surprised they had to move an upright piano even though that was something we discussed and paid extra for with the owner.

The headquarters communication was great and they were very accommodating. The movers were good but tired and overworked that same day on another job. so I would not suggest scheduling a mid day or evening move. I would also strongly advise you to not give them the U-Haul payment code until the job is completely done. We ended up needing to stop an hour before my scheduled time and because I had already given them the code I was charged for the full time and not reimbursed. That being said the owner was understanding to the extent he could be dealing with his contract with UHaul and was able to take some of that extra hour I was charged for and use it as a tip for the movers. Overall good company just know how much time your going to need, book in advance, book early in the day and don’t give anyone the payment code till the job is completely finished.

Mover complained the whole time about the furniture being heavy and the conditions of the city (snow, parked cars etc). Okay for a light duty move but not furniture.
