I do not blame the employee, I blame the management for my review. I am an experienced mover, I’ve lived in 6 different states and have moved with the same amount of furniture and boxes each time. The teams that loaded my 20ft truck in Chicago only took 1.5hrs from and drive up unit. I drove from Chicago to Wilmington, DE, another team that was able to unload my truck within 1.5hrs. This move took over 4hrs (I had them stop because I could not afford any extra time), 2 hours and 34min just to load part of the truck, and we still had to come back to do another trip because the space was not optimized at the beginning of the load. It was clear only one of the guys was an actual employee, and the other was a family member helping out. I booked my move for June 3, 2024 on May 24, 2024. That should’ve been an indicator that I am an advanced mover and a planner, so I should have been dealing with professionals. I am 5’5 and weigh 114 lbs and have to unload the rest of a 20ft truck alone.

Crew showed up ready to work and was flexible with our schedule. Both Anthony and Michael worked hard and helped get us loaded within two hours without any problems. Highly recommend this business.

They are not on perfect time. But they were always on communication. So that was okay for me. The work was really fast. Finished 2 hours work in 1.5 hours.

We hired the movers to help with the heavy furniture, strength was an issue and they were unable to do so. Very slow, spent quite a bit of the time hanging out at the back of the truck. I offered them water, they then helped themselves to the freezer. The movers continually asked what was inside of things and a handful of times opened our containers to sift around and see what there was. Completely unprofessional and will not be using again.

The two guys who were sent out were kind and worked fast. The unfortunate thing is that they did not know how to properly pack a truck and one table was ruined beyond repair. I wish the company trained them on how to pack a truck because the guys were otherwise amazing.
