I want to commend the two workers who assisted me. Despite my last-minute date change, they made me a priority and accommodated me with same-day service, which I truly appreciated. That said, the job took far longer than expected for a two-bedroom apartment, resulting in me being charged several hundred dollars more than the original quote. Additionally, the supervisor who dispatched them was very unprofessional his tone was belittling and unpleasant during our phone conversation. Because of this experience, I will not use this service again unless I can directly hire the two workers who assisted me.

One of the two movers left before the three hour time limit that Uhaul gave me and didn't return. Both said they had to leave and would return to finish the job and asked for the code that is to be given when the job is completed. I said I wasn't comfortable with this. So one mover stayed. My brother and I helped to get the job done. We're both near 70 years old.

Poor communication. I had to transport the drivers to the load house, unload house, and back from the unload house. I don't mind per se, but this was not communicated and people were not answering their phones.

John and Kevin were outstanding. They showed up on time and they were ready to work. They also respected my wishes to remove shoes while working at the house. Furniture did not move and I drove 120 miles. All furniture is in great shape.
