I regret to say that my experience with Legit Movers was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite hiring additional helpers to assist Matt and Marcus, the latter’s behavior was utterly unacceptable. Marcus displayed arrogance, disrespect, and rudeness from the outset, even going as far as to confront me aggressively within minutes of starting the move. The only reason I did not dismiss him immediately was out of consideration for Matt, who was excellent throughout the process. Marcus continuously attempted to delay the move, perhaps to extend the time and inflate the cost. Additionally, I discovered he had a child hiding in his backseat for the duration of the 6 hour move, which left me feeling deeply disturbed and angry. This behavior is entirely unacceptable, and I strongly advise against using Legit Movers unless they undergo significant changes in their hiring and management practices.

These guys were great!!! The elevator close to me was down but they did not complain!!!! I paid for other movers the day before (box4box) and they were unprofessional and rude. I was very disappointed, and I am so happy with the service I received with these guys!!! I never write reviews, but this one just had to be made!

The guys could speed up the process slightly. One of the movers was very rude and impulsive to my 10 years old boy and 78 years old dad
