They did a terrible job packing the pods. Items were not in the right pods everything was thrown in and not organized at all. We spent 3 hours repacking after they left. They were not professional in any way.

Hired two more guys cuz order was messed up, fixed easily! John and his team complete our 3 hour unload in just one hour. His team members remembered who’s room was who’s and watched the marked boxes and took them there without having to be directed- I was very impressed by this. Thank you so much to your entire team!!!
