Showed up 4.5 hours late. Full of multiple excuses of a series of unfortunate events explaining why they were late. Only used 1 out of the 3 hours because we did most of it ourselves. Owner assured me that they would refund me once the payment from UHaul cleared (huge mistake on my end), and now I’ve been ghosted. Moving is stressful, if you want it to be more stressful then hire Apex. Otherwise, go with another company.
