I used this company two years ago when I relocated to Albany, GA to unload my truck. When I saw them listed again, it was a no brainer that I used them again for loading my truck to relocated again. And once again they did not disappoint. I received a confirmation text right after booking and then a follow up a few days before the move. We ran into a little bad weather during the time we were scheduled, but they stayed in constant communication with me so we could work around it. Daniel, Anthony, Isiah and Jeremy showed up a little before the scheduled time and immediately got to it. They worked well together, and all gave the same level of energy throughout the move. I was concerned about my elliptical machine not fitting on the truck, but they worked it out. Thanks for making my move, as a single person, go smoothly.

My overall experience was a nightmare the owner got access to the payment code since he also owns a uhaul location this company took our money and provided zero services. We unloaded our moving truck ourselves. Don’t trust these people I’ve already reported them to the better business bureau.
