They were very unprofessional because they did not bring any equipment for moving, such as hand trucks or dolly's. Additional, I provided throws to cover furniture, which they did not use. They carelessly places something with a sharp edge on an antique table. The result was deep gashes in the table

They didn’t pack things properly so all of my stuff didn’t fit. If there’s a large truck with a ledge at the front, should utilize that space for boxes, not one small item. They didn’t use the provided furniture pads so a lot of my stuff was scratched up badly. Dryer dented. Other furniture damaged

Workers arrived with no masks, but after speaking to Justin he doesn't require them to have one. They arrived late, but did stay the full time. Lastly, tow of my items were scratched and/or dented. After speaking with Justin about that, he explained you need to have pictures of before and after. Les
