The team of movers did a phenomenal job moving me into my apartment! They were very careful and super fast... I really appreciated how accommodating and kind they were. Hiring Moving Help made my move ten times easier! They were professional, quick and nice. They arrived to my apartment same day within an hour and had great communication along the way. I was expecting movers between 3-4pm, and hadn’t heard anything otherwise. I call at 330pm to get an ETA to find out they’ve been behind and expect to be here by 430pm. They did not show up until 530pm. I understand that unforeseen circumstances happen, but I am upset by the lack of communication, if he had told me they were running late, I could have planned accordingly. And then for it be an additional hour later than expected for the new time with no communication was not okay with me. The men themselves were good, nothing was broken in the process, though I had to be a lot more present than I usually am with movers.

These guys were great, strong and very capable! They helped me unload at 9,000 feet elevation. There is no way I could have been prepared for the physical ability necessary to haul a house full of goods up 2 very narrow stairwells, and without causing any damage to our belongings or property!
