Overall, I they were great. I thought at times they’re were moving slower than desired, but it was a real scorcher of a day. The younger, smaller guy did go to Wawa for about an hour & I wish I had known I could extend my time longer initially online but things ended up working out in the end.

I’d say you get what you pay for. Their prices are reasonable but my items were dropped a few times by the movers. I just wouldn’t hire them to move anything you actually care about or that you need timely. I scheduled a morning appointment and they didn’t arrive until almost 5 PM. I even told the manager about a desk they dropped & wood broke off but never heard back. I didn’t necessarily want compensation but acknowledgment would’ve been nice.
