Both gentlemen were very nice, but overall the move felt very slow. They told us from the jump that it would take more than the time we booked and they were right, but there was a good bit of standing around discussing how things should be done. There was a good bit of void space when I checked the truck that needed to be filled and adjusted as well.

Zack and Hunter were amazing! They got everything loaded and unloaded in 2 hours. And then helped move a bed into the basement for us! They were so kind and funny! We enjoyed having them as our moving team! Also thank you to Michael for amazing communication with setting up the move and checking in after to confirm everything went well! Great service!
