Had a hard time communicating with these folks. They came to the job with NO DOLLY. One of the two workers basically hid in the truck on the pretense of packing all the, while the other one did the hard work of bringing out the boxes without a dolly. They took smoke breaks and were on their ph

Didn't arrive with delivery until 7 at night but crew was efficient and fast. Suspect as others have said, U haul was part of the problem. Also when scheduled but U haul the company was told delivery would be 64 mile trip, actual round trip was double that resulting in additional charge when the
