They were very polite and very helpful with the loading from 6 Simmons Street, but they did scratch some of my furniture. It's the unloading that seemed to take forever. They would stand around talking or on their phones. One of the guys left without saying anything to me about him leaving. And he never did return by the time we left. I do appreciate everything that they did do for us. But I would say they need to be a little faster at unloading because it took all day long.
