The individuals assisting me did a great job of heavy lifting! The only thing I observed was that the workers attempted to tell me everything was completed correctly and unloaded while there were still a few items remaining to be physically unloaded. I knew there were a few items remaining to be unloaded, asked them to complete the task, and then watched them take a picture of the moving vehicle with nothing inside of it after they had completed unloading what was remaining. I addressed the workers before they were paid to help them with constructive feedback moving forward and they received it well. Other than this they did a great job!

The movers were extremely wonderful! The owner was rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and a thief. I was charged more than the authorized total and lied to about services provided. I am working with my bank now to get that taken care of. I will definitely be leaving bad reviews on every platform, as this company literally has committed a crime.
