After the absolute day I had these gentlemen assisted me in a pinch. I was in a bind with literally no other options and they so kindly, graciously, and quickly packed up my belongings and moved them to my storage pod. They were extremely helpful although I was asking this of them so late. I could rest well knowing my belongings were safely tucked away in storage.

I gave a 1 star because the communication started off rocky. Upon waking up the day of the move, I noticed a text message sent at 347am where Donte Martin stated that he would confirm the time he would be arriving later that morning. However, around 116pm I contacted Mr. Martin from Paradoxwealth to confirm a time and didn't hear back until 228pm to state that they would be arriving by 315pm. Their customer service was great, however, their work was sloppy and unprofessional. Instead of asking if I wanted my drawers removed or furniture uncovered, Donte Martin took it upon himself to uncover my furniture. Steph was perspirating so badly he stained my couch. They removed my drawers and did not put them back and left them broken. I have pictures to prove it. Lastly, I received a text message from Donte asking for a tip because he and Steph were hungry and their supervisor wasn't responding. I would never book them again or refer to anyone. Very unprofessional ending.

Donte came to clean up a very dirty basement room, some freestanding shelves and a small bathroom. He was amazing even when dealing with some spiders. He was professional and friendly. I highly recommend.
