I hired 3 assistants for a 2 hour job of unloading furniture and assembling a bed, confirming a 10 am start time via text. These were young kids. Despite being an hour late, they informed us promptly via text, which was appreciated and not a concern.They managed the unloading task but encountered difficulties assembling the bed, citing missing screws and blaming the movers who packed. Upon inspection, my husband found the screws misplaced (they put the screws in the wrong place) and proceeded to assemble the bed himself. We paid $200 for their service, expecting two hours of work including assembling of bed However, since unloading only took an hour and they struggled with bed assembly, we couldn't utilize their full time. They suggested we contact them if we found the screws, but given their lack of experience with furniture assembly, we opted not to. While they did a good job at unloading, their proficiency with furniture assembly was lacking.

They had to reschedule. But then was 4 hours late for the rescheduled time. But they were able to move the unit which was not an easy task. Just wish the communication was better and they were on time.

Overall disappointed with my service. I was told that the movers were familiar with how to load a motorcycle, however upon arrival I ended up having to drive it into the back of the truck myself because they could not load it. The packing was inefficient, the furniture was placed sporadically thoughout and all of the boxes were randomly placed in a very unorganized manner. Further, the furniture was not handled with care. I witnessed them bang them on walls multiple times, and upon inspection after unloading, there were many scratches and dents. I also provided moving blankets to protect my things and they used them incorrectly and inefficiently, resulting in further damage. They did not even bring tools to disassemble my furniture to load. Overall they just seemed inexperience, unprepared, and as though they just did not care.
