Overall great experience. Movers took the time to wrap our furniture with the moving pads and pack the UBox efficiently. Would use Funky Town Movers again

The communication was difficult, inconsistent and messages were not returned quickly which made it hard for planning and scheduling. The movers were polite and friendly, however, did not take the appropriate time to handle my furniture properly and dropped several pieces when moving. My furniture was not packed well in the boxes nor were any of the wooden pieces wrapped prior to packing. I was concerned there would be damage to my furniture when they were loading as they were all stacked on top of each other without proper protection and with metal, wood and fragile artwork all placed next to each other with little though.

They did a great job - got everything done quickly and with no stress on our part, were careful not to break anything or even bump walls. They made carrying all our furniture up 2 flights of stairs look like a breeze

Lacked communication, while running late. Moving company has to do better! The actual mover guys were extremely nice, polite and respectful, moved everything efficiently and went above and beyond to get a lock for me.
