They are great. They just don’t seem as experienced in packing a ubox. It took a long time to pack my items. Because it took them more than 2 hours to pack I had to pay extra. They need more experience with u-box packing. Overall great people, good communication and hard workers.

Hired a different moving company, they did not bother to show up or even call. Called these guys and within 15 minutes they were on the phone with us and managed to accommodate us right away even though it was at the last minute. Steven was super friendly and respectful. Him and his partner got everything done in no time. Will definitely use them again and recommend to everyone we know.
