You get less than what you pay for!!! They were HOURS late so I started packing up myself. I loaded the most of the truck by myself. When they finally arrived at 5pm, 7 hours after my 10am U-Haul truck pickup, they only worked 1.5 hours including drive time but still charged me for the full 3 hours.
