All around they were okay. They had one of their employees call in sick, which had them running behind (understandable). They pushed my time back twice and the text updates were i frequent. Even though, they were technically late (my move was delayed several times) I was still charged for 2 hrs of work, when I only had them for 30-45 min. Would I go back to them for another move? No.

The guy didn’t have a clue as to how to do this moving. I was wondering if this was his first job. Also, he sort of damaged my sofa while moving from my home to the U haul truck. He was quite lazy and disinterested in helping at all. He didn’t show an initiative, and was just trying to get out as soon as possible. It was a quite poor experience overall. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

The movers took care and worked efficiently to move our items. We forgot to mention moving our washer and dryer until the last minute and they still took the time and care to move these items for us. I would definitely use them again!

It was easy to schedule movers. They did arrive about 15min late, but we’re fast, efficient, and focused movers. They got everything done within our 2 hour time frame and we’re a huge help!
