They were almost an hour and a half late so we started the job for them. Communication was pretty poor also. Have had better service from other uhal movers

Very poor packing job. When our belongings arrived at our destination there were many items damaged, scratched, and completely broken. We asked for furniture pads to be used on wood items and our nightstands were placed face down with no protection on the floor of the trailer. One desk and shelf completely broken. Numerous bins and boxes crushed due to not stacking properly. Too many damaged items to count. Very disappointing experience.

We had three guys to load our truck in 2 hours. They worked very hard and finished in that time. They were very careful with our belongings and managed to get everything in the truck. They were professional and followed all of our instructions. Would recommend them.

Irongate did a fantastic job on our move; the two folks that they sent out were very kind and efficient. They moved our boxes and furniture very carefully and were constantly communicating with us about where things should go and how they should get there. On top of all of that; they got all of our stuff into the truck really easily; it was like watching real-life Tetris. I'd highly recommend these folks for your home move.
