Two helpers came and they took several times break times including more than one hour's lunch break during their job. And they asked payment for 4 hours overtime work including smoke break and very slow works. Unloading piano job was not completed and they left. Very disappointed their works.

The movers were very careful with my belongings and careful to avoid bumping into walls and doors and that kind of thing. They worked at a good pace in getting the job done. They were great with taking the directions I gave them in terms of what needed to be moved and where to place certain items and which items I wanted covered and protected with blankets in the moving truck. Everything I needed done was completed in the hours of work that I paid for. The movers were very polite and pleasant in the communications we had. They knew how to load up the elevator well and use the elevator key making the most of the time booked for the elevator. I plan to hire these movers again soon. I would certainly recommend this company's services. Excellent overall 5 star experience with my first time using MovingHelp!!
