Good coordination of the packing of U-Boxes on very short notice. The crew showed up and on time and helped us assess the situation and U-Box capacity needs. We ended up reducing the number of U-boxes needed from 3 to 2, with the understanding that some items were not going to fit. The first box was tightly packed, however, the second box was not. I helped pack the second box and fit over $1k worth of items we wanted to pack into the box after it they had packed it. I may have been unclear but they seemed to not understand the assignment of fitting as much in as possible, leaving me to do more pacing than I expected to do. Adam was pleasant to work with.
