I booked a two-hour service for loading and unloading, intending to donate some furniture to a local charity. Unfortunately, the donation center was not accepting items, so I asked the movers to accompany me back home for the unloading. Between loading the furniture and the trip to the donation center, we had only used one hour of the two-hour service I had booked, meaning there was still an hour remaining. However, the movers informed me that they could not continue unless I paid an additional $20 (for gas), despite having an hour left in my booking. Moreover, they broke one of the legs on my furniture. We only moved two items, a drawer and a sofa, so the amount of work was minimal. Even with such a light load, one hour still remaining, and the damage they caused, they refused to complete the service. I ended up having to move the items myself just to avoid the extra charge. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

These movers were friendly and got our stuff from one address to another, but did not treat our belongings with care nor put things where we asked. I was not contacted after booking and it took them until 7pm the night before to tell me the time of arrival. They disregared labeling. For instance, I marked a bin with large x's the size of my hand and large neat lettering reading DO NOT STACK ANYTHING ON TOP & FRAGILE. They still put 2 heavy boxes on top! I had a stereo in it's original box, and they put a heavy duty camping cot on top of it VERTICALLY. The box was damaged but the stereo was well packed, so it was ok, but come on, guys! We directed them on where to put everything as they unloaded the truck, but they didn't put a lot of large furniture & heavy boxes where we asked. Now we have to figure out how to get these things to a different floor or across the house. This was part of their job that we hired them for.

Very professional, arrived on time and efficient. They do charge a gas fee that is not included in this price. Also they are a little rough with the boxes. They didn’t bring their own dollie’s so be sure to have your own. Overall would book them again
