The moving men provided kept ignoring our instructions which were provided by our condo building. The movers also snapped our footboard in half which meant our bed was rendered useless. The final insult was when our move ended after only 3 hours but the mover kept the whole deposit which was a quote for 6 FULL HOURS OF MOVING! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!

Moved out once in Edmonton and used their service, compares to the move in service in fort McMurray, man, these two men are way better than the fort Mac moving helpers..high recommended. Only took one hour to load our 15 ft van and organized way better than I can.

First of all, I had to initiate contact with this company and then sometimes had to email twice in order to get a response. I was called the night before unloading (I had booked this 3 weeks in advance) and was asked to move the time of unloading, which I did. The movers were late and left before the 2 hours were up without asking if I needed help with anything else. To be honest by this point, I didn't want them handling any more of my belongings as I could tell they weren't being careful. After they left I noticed several gouges in one of my brand new walls. I emailed Professional Movers about this, who apologized and said he would get back to me, which he hasn't so I am writing a review. I will also say it sounds like Professional Movers employs many different people as movers so this is a review for my experience with two of them, not the whole company.
