Wolf pack communicated about the loading of my u-box ahead of time. They were on time and ready to move. The two workers were very hard working. The issue I ended up having was that UHAUL is unable to stick to anything they promise. So in the app wolf pack says the location of my ubox for pickup was on the East side of Edmonton. But when they showed up there the box was in fact on the WEST side of Edmonton. I had NO IDEA there even were two locations and was counting on the service provider and UHAUL to know these things or contact me if there was an issue. As a result of this colossal screw up by U-Haul I was left on the hook for extra payment in the middle of my move at the most stressful time possible. So my only complaint and the reason for only a 4-star rating, before departing to pick up the box perhaps a final check of its location would be prudent in the future. And you future customer reading this should also confirm the same. Its not all just coming from one warehouse!

They did an AMAZING job wow. Took some master level tetris-ing to get everything into the truck and they did it. Super grateful, they even had an extra person to help supervise and keep an eye on our stuff while we sorted things. Would wholly recommend!

Wolf Pack Movers did an exceptional job with our move. The communication was excellent and when our truck was going to be delayed by an hour, they graciously agreed to change their start time. They arrived early and were excellent at their job. They handled all of our belongings with care and went above and beyond- not just just loading our truck but also moving 4 pieces of furniture to our garage. The truck was loaded very well and secured and there were no problems once we started driving. They made a difficult and stressful day so much better. I would recommend this company and if I ever need to do another move in the Edmonton area- they will be my first choice.
