The 10 ft truck only takes less than half an hour to unload so it would have been nice to have an hour minimum not 2 hours.

BEWARE!! I recently hired this company for moving help. This Peace country moving does not provide help, they actually hire someone else after you hire this company. The people they hired for me were not professional enough. I hired 2 people, one of them never showed up. and some other guy then came to help, but half an hour later. although I had to pay for that half an hour. I repeatedly asked them beforehand if I needed to provide any tools (dollies, etc) during the move. the manager lady said no, we will provide one. on the moving day, the lady came with no tools with her, so she went to pick dolly up from somewhere. and they charged me to pay for that half an hour! No fault of mine though. They took forever to load and offload my stuff. took 4.5 hours for a max 3-hour job. Ironically, I had to help them move and carry my stuff even though I paid them!

I booked 2 people for 3 hours from 2 to 5. They arrived at 2. The lady needed the code I was given to get paid. I should not have given this code until 5, but I thought they were professionals. One guy took a lunch break and left about 4. The lady came at four thirty to pick up the younger guy. I called and left a message asking if I was going to get a refund for the half hour. I have received no call back. Not impressed. I was going to tip them, but since they already received money for time I did not get in services, won't be giving a tip.
