Did not listen to direction. Did not use blankets when directed to which resulting in great damage, When I called to discuss screamed at me and hung up. would not take further calls. Also packed TV horizontally on top of couch and stacked heavy items on it. Lost keys to truck in the middle of the load. Asked them to wrap subwoofer before taking it off dresser to load. I caught it in middle of truck unwrapped. They did wrap it when I called them out on this. When confronted for damages kept saying the items that were asked to be covered (that they did not cover) were loaded secure and did not understand when told the items they stacked on top and beside were not, which caused huge scrapes on my belongings. Did not care that they damaged my belongings. In summary, They did not respect my wishes, my urgings to protect my belongings, did not respect me when I called to ask how to file claim. They do not belong in this business and frankly do not seem to be smart enough to be doing this.

Two men showed up on time and listened to my needs and did a TERRIFIC job of loading the truck - making sure that all was set and would not be damaged in transit. I would highly recommend them for any moving helper needs you may have.

Mike and his partner were very helpful in our moving process! We were overwhelmed with the amount of items we had to move from ur 3rd floor apartment but they gave us the support we needed to get everything done efficiently. I’ve never hired movers before, but I’ll definitely be booking them from now on. I highly recommend hiring them for your next move!
