Excellent communication and the movers were two hardworking decent dudes who did a great job. Did not appreciate the fact that a moving trolley was not provided despite making a request at the time of the order. I had to provide one to help the movers unload. Please improve on this aspect otherwise good job.

We had schedule their help to start at 0900 but picking up the truck was delayed. When I called to explain the delay, they were kind to accommodate the change in time. They were friendly and professional and took good care of the items they pack. If we were to need moving help in Tuscaloosa in the future, we would request J&J Reliable Moving.
