They were not prepared correctly for the move-- for example, they were late but communicated well about their revised arrival time. They said they were late because needed to pick up his partner, called again to say he needed to gas up. I was surprised they did not bring water on such a hot day. One was wearing flip flops and the other was wearing unlaced hi-tops. This caused some missteps and tripping on the ramp and on the stairs. Fortunately, I was there to help catch the dresser, but the walls were damaged a bit in the shared stairwell from their fumbling the furniture. That said, they were very efficient and diligent in their work. They were polite. With just a little more preparation they would earn 5 stars. By the way, I tipped them personally. They worked hard and we really appreciate their help.
