The guys are hard workers. But you should not send a boss that is deaf and mute to lead a crew. I gave clear instructions and had everything being moved labeled with blue painters tape. I had to stop and correct the boss for loading random boxes and things from the garage that were not labeled. The next day I had to remove more boxes that were not labeled as well as load and reload things that were haphazardly thrown in. There wasn't a single box or item placed in the Moms attic up top. Good thing I rented a 26 foot truck. All told I spent another 6 hours loading and reloading the truck by myself and was 4 hours late. The bad communications from the start should have been a warning I heeded. Lesson learned.
