My reservation date was wrong, probably human error (could have been mine) they changed the date for me quickly and last minute. The gentlemen who came to help me unpack my truck were very polite, friendly and worked very quickly and carefully. They followed all my institutions. Great guys, great teamwork. I highly recommend them.

Brandon went above and beyond to provide a team to replace another company's team who didn't show up without warning. Chauncey and Shaun handled the load and unload flawlessly while dealing with both extreme heat while loading, and a major thunderstorm while unloading. Handy Helpers were lifesavers. I highly recommend them and would use them again without question

The entire reason I got the u-haul was because I wanted to move a large, expensive wooden double dog crate. Upon inspecting the u-haul just prior to my move today.. I realized not one but two of the bars on the dog crate were broken. One completely ripped out and the other bent creating a huge dog-sized hole. Now, half of my u-haul is filled with a broken item that I can not move and I have to pay for a new 300 dollar dog crate that I will have to build all over again. They did not say a word about it and they clearly knew since the piece was quietly laid inside of the dog crate. That is unacceptable professionalism and I am very disappointed in my experience. They clearly took no care with my items despite there not being much to actually move.
