Never contacted after reservation made. I called a week before & provided address. No confirmation by the company. Called the day before to confirm appointment. Paid for two hrs labor & unload piano that are separate tasks per uhaul. Helper one showed up ten o five alone. Helper two showed up a few minutes late. Helper one started timer ten o five before work began per owner. Work began ten eleven on my end & twelve o five helper told me two hrs were up & the piano was part of the two hrs. We disagreed & put work on pause for fifteen minutes.Tried to call UHaul but que said hour wait so discontinued call. At twelve twenty requested they moved one last item so I can reconcile with UHaul. At twelve twenty eight owner text me to call him & employees were now departing. I called & wanted me to pay another hour. He was unapologetic & conceded piano is a separate task. Basically I was shorted on the paid tasks. Piano took min.fifteen minutes of my two hrs. Character limits my shared facts.
