This company is awesome! Brandon is so professional. Both he and his helper worked quickly and efficiently. Helped us determine best way to load the truck. Added extra person so we could finish and get on the road for our move. Honestly if I had known how great the company was I would have hired him to move us instead of moving ourselves. I one hundred percent recommend Swift Services. Plan to call them for some small jobs in our home next month.

Damages, deceit, and dishonestly are the pillars of Swift Services. I waited to submit a negative review in hopes that the company would do the right thing for the damages they caused to my two couches during unloading. However, since the owner is refusing to accept responsibility for his unprofessional actions and is making dishonest reports to the insurance adjuster, I am left with no choice but to give them the lowest possible review. I purchased additional moving insurance through U-Haul Moving Help to cover any damages that were the result of the movers' actions. Despite showing him the damages before he left the home, plus having photographs, 4 witnesses, and a text message from the owner himself confirming he sent the info to the adjuster, the owner of Swift Services refuses to confirm to the adjuster that my couches were torn as a result of his team pushing the furniture over a sliding door frame and tearing the upholstery instead of carrying it. His lies are shameful. Beware.

Brandon and team member did a good job with our move. He worked efficiently and followed directions well. We Had him move only furniture. It was multiple heavy items with stairs and tight places.

I had a great experience using Swift Services! I can confidently say that the quality of care they take is excellent. Times, addresses, and flexibility to run overtime were confirmed days ahead. I had several heavy and fragile antique pieces that I was worried about moving. They were respectful and listened to all my concerns. They took care to wrap and place everything carefully to both minimize risk for damage and to maximize the use of space within the moving truck. Everything made it without any issues! They were available to off-load over 1.5 hours away which made my move much less stressful. The Swift Services company also offers handyman services (I did not require any additional assistance this time) which is a convenient option to have in case you need that type of help wherever you’re moving to! 10 out of 10 would recommend, and I will be planning to use them again should I be moving again in the future. Thank you Brandon and the Swift Services team for your help!
