The date scheduled for my unload was incorrect and I didn't realize it until I called to confirm the unloading. They accommodated the change without any problems. U-Haul screwed up my reservation, so I was late arriving. Once again, they adjusted to my mishap. They arrived and quickly started the job. They were very courteous of my belongings and handled everything with care, even while moving with exceptional speed. They had an extra helper and completed the job in almost half the time. Highly recommended!

JT and Keyshawn were timely and respectful the entire time. I truly felt like they wanted to be careful, but I don’t feel that they were set up for success as they did not have tools needed for moving and disassembly. So then apartment property was damaged because they had to improvise to get out of the apartment and one of the legs on my dining room table is broken. I also arrived to Florida without the dryer duct. I know they will do a great job, but maybe they should be paired with someone more experienced so that little things don’t cause bigger issues. I have pictures and videos if needed. I would also liked to be contacted about compensation for apartment and personal property damages.

While there was a delay, as soon as I contacted the owner directly he came though and quickly loaded my moving van efficiently. I appreciated that he resolved the issue and completed the job in a professional manner. You could tell he was experienced and competent.
