Never heard from them. I had to message them about when they will deliver my pod. They mishandled my stuff. The main guy was rude. Loaders had not kept the boxes straight but when I informed him which boxes need to be straight (china, fragile, tv) etc he just blamed it on the previous loading company claiming it is as it was loaded. Just because the loader did a bad job, does not mean you need to continue mishandling at unloading. Handed me some stuff. (I am paying you to unload) Refused to put the legs back on furniture that were removed by loaders to protect the furniture. Refused to unwrap furniture. Damaged my front entrance and one of the treads on my carpeted stairs. Terrible experience and attitude will not be using or recommending uhaul moving services to anyone.
