The owner contacted me immediately upon receipt of my reservation to confirm. And he called me when his crew arrived onsite. Be mindful, I did a same-day reservation. They were so patient and professional in spite of my family not being packed and ready, as I hoped for. And the heat was raging outside yet not once did they complain. In fact, we accomplished loading everything as planned that’s to their experience in the moving industry. While chatting with the guys, they shared that the owner just celebrated 10 years of service and his helper been with him for 4 out of those 10 years. Kudos to them for having longevity in this business and a solid reputation. I would use them again and recommend them to my family, friends and colleagues. U-Haul in 24th St in Tuscaloosa, AL needs to be trained by this team. That U-Haul location sucks in every possible way from management to customer service. Working with these guys after such a negative experience at the U-Haul store, made my day!
