The day before, he called and said he would not be coming and that he was going to send two other people. They didn't bring a dolly or anything to unload my moving truck. They also took moving blankets that we had wrapped around my white couch OFF of the couch to carry it up two flights of outdoor stairs to my second floor apartment. When it got upstairs it was dirty and torn. I called Cal and he said he would file it with my insurance (I dug through my email for that receipt). Now he is radio silent. Too bad bc I'm getting ready to move again too...

Excellent experience throughout. Timely, responsive and courteous. Did an excellent job packing items into the truck - everything was snug and intact at the other end, despite some pretty severe jolts from rough roads over 900 miles! If you want somebody who knows what they are doing and goes the extra mile, these are your guys.
