Everything was great until we unloaded the u-haul and noticed all of our brand new bedroom furniture had been scratched and the movers left their trash (drink bottles) in the back of the u-haul.

We hired Golden Touch to load furniture and boxes from a 1BR apartment into a 6x12 trailer. The crew arrived (young man and his girlfriend) without a dolly or tools. During the move they managed to tear our sofa, break a TV screen, scratch a dresser, and break our antique coffee table. I contacted the owner and sent pictures and he told me I should have handled it directly with the moving crew. I asked him to reimburse us $500 and he told me he would only do that if I gave them 5 stars. This was by far the worst moving experience ever. And the owner has no integrity and refuses to own up to his employees mistakes. I highly recommend that you consider anybody other than this provider. I just wish I could have given a rating below a single star. And by the way, the owner didn’t even offer to refund my fee. Complete jerk.
