I was not pleased with my overall experience. The speed was not pleasant. I sat waiting for 20 minutes on them to bring things INSIDE the home while they put it outside the truck instead of bringing it once they pulled it off the truck. They wanted me to pay for an extra hour when I sat at the unloading address waiting on them for 35 minutes when we left the loading address at the same time.
