This is my second time using this team. One of the guys was from the first time I used them. Pros - They were just a as fast as last time and got everything into the U-Haul and into the apartment. Cons - They broke the back board on my bookshelf. Granted it’s one from Walmart so they are not the most expensive and I can put it back on with a nail. It was just the fact that it got damaged and they never said anything I just happen to see it broken off. Another con was that they hit a wall with the bed frame and it cause the paint on the wall to come off where you can now see the sheet rock or whatever under the paint. Again they said nothing until I found out about it. So the 3 stars is for the speedy job they did, but I had to take off two for the fact that they weren’t open and honest about the damages.
