I would not recommend these movers to anyone. I hired four people for three hours, but only three people showed up. I ended up having to rearrange and repack about half of the truck due to such poor packing and I needed to stop on the way to my final destination to pick up additional items. Once I got to my destination and started unloading, I noticed how many boxes and tubs were crushed due to heavy items being put on top on them, so now I have some items with damage. Lastly, I had furniture that was scuffed and scratched, which I understand can be part of the moving process. I have moved several times between college and jobs, but I have never had my furniture treated this poorly. Overall, I would recommend finding someone else to load your items if that is what you would be using them for.

Terrible communication when setting up my move. Showed up an hour late from the scheduled time. Scuffed up a few items, used very little care. Had to submit a dispute. Workers were pleasant and seemed to put effort in, but there is a lack of professionalism and experience throughout the company.

The movers were prompt and very professional. They planned out how to move in the furniture and boxes in the most efficient manner. They were personable and easy to communicate with. Percy was especially very good at reassembling furniture. I’d use them again.
