The guys communicated well about being a hour late well. The truck was on a incline and they were not tying off the load as they went with rope I provided. So after not seeing them for awhile inside the house I went out to the truck and they were in a mess with boxes falling. So alot of wasted time. There was one young man that was unloading the boxes out of the house that did quite well. But the young man loading the truck had a terrible attitude. I know it was hot, but the cursing was uncalled for. But when I texted that it was probably going to take longer than 3 hours and you text me back that we have a Chattanooga job before you and we are all yours when we get there for what ever you need and you quit with only one third full. I was a quite upset, but we got it done thanks to a neighbor and his nephew and my 2 friends This crew needs a little more training and commitment.
