I was at work during the move but my husband could not stop talking about how great of a job these movers did. How professional they were and how quick they. He also said they were very careful with our belongings.

First and foremost, Hunter came to the job with a bad attitude from the get-go and it continued thru the job. After I told him I needed to put my dog up and before I could do that, he opened the front door and locked it in the open position. My dog escaped. It took about 15 to 20 minutes to get her back and when I told him he let me dog out his reply was, 'we are not responsible for pets.' Again, I had told him I had to put her up and he should have verified that before locking the door in an open position. His response completely flabbergasted me. I would describe his overall behavior and attitude as Arrogant, Argumentative, Rude, Disrespectful, Unprofessional, Lacked Customer Service, Lacked willingness to collaborate, Unremorseful and Lacking Accountability for his actions. At this time, I would NOT recommend this moving company.
