Two very strong guys showed up just like you would want. My heavy dresser did tip over about 30 degrees as it wasn’t secured to the wall. Other than that, they did what I asked and were very helpful.

The owner did call me several times which I was thankful for- but they were over 2 hours late. I’ve moved several times and this seems to happen often when booking through U-Haul. Even 2 hours makes it difficult when you still have to finish cleaning the house you are moving from and drive several hours to get to a new location with another move scheduled. The young man and lady were excellent. I did however have many broken lids on my totes due to weight.
